Each purchase is for one individual user.
All Content — including videos, audio, written materials, PDFs, prompts, journals, graphics, logos, the "Sacred Shake" name, and the site — is owned by or licensed to Sacred Shake and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The Content is educational and for self-expression, movement, and enjoyment only. It is not medical, physical-therapy, psychological, or professional advice, and it is not supervised instruction. Your use is governed by our Health, Movement & Participation Disclaimer and Assumption of Risk, incorporated by reference — please read it in full before participating.
Physical movement carries inherent risks, including injury. By using the Content, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and agree to the Health, Movement & Participation Disclaimer. Move within your own limits and stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
We make no promise of any particular outcome (physical, emotional, confidence, skill, or otherwise). See our Results / No-Guarantee Disclaimer. Individual results vary.
Prices are shown at checkout in [FILL: currency]. Payment is processed by our third-party processor (Stripe); we do not store your full card details. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which respects the non-excludable consumer rights that apply to you under your local law.
Except for rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law and equivalent EU/UK consumer protections), the Content and site are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and except for liability that cannot lawfully be excluded (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited, and non-excludable consumer guarantees): (a) Sacred Shake and its owner, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, goodwill, or data; and (b) our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Content or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; where that is so, the above applies to the fullest extent permitted, and nothing in these Terms limits any non-excludable statutory right or remedy (see Section 15).
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sacred Shake and its owner from claims and costs arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Content.
You agree to use the site and Content lawfully and not to interfere with, attack, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to infringe others' rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms (including sharing or piracy). On termination, your license ends.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you have under laws that cannot be excluded, including the Australian Consumer Law and applicable EU/UK consumer-protection law. Where such laws apply, they prevail over any conflicting term here.

To deliver the courses and your account (contract); to send service messages (contract/legitimate interest); to send marketing emails only with your consent, which you can withdraw anytime; to process payments (contract); to secure and improve the site (legitimate interest); and to comply with legal obligations.

Digital products — please choose carefully. Sacred Shake courses are digital products delivered instantly (streaming video, downloadable PDFs, and audio). Because you receive immediate access to the full Content, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once you have accessed the Content — except where the law where you live gives you rights that cannot be excluded. Those rights always apply and are described below.
Our courses come with consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. If a course is not of acceptable quality, not as described, or does not do what we said, you are entitled to a remedy. For a major failure, you can choose a refund; for a minor problem we may repair or replace (e.g., fix a broken file or re-supply access). A change of mind is not, by itself, a major failure.
You normally have a 14-day right to withdraw. However, for digital content delivered immediately, you lose that right once access begins — if, at checkout, you asked for immediate access and acknowledged that you would lose your 14-day withdrawal right. We ask for that confirmation at checkout. If you did not give it, or if access has not begun, your 14-day withdrawal right still applies and we will refund you.
Digital purchases are final once accessed, unless applicable law provides otherwise. If something is genuinely wrong (e.g., you can't access it, a file is corrupted, or it wasn't as described), email contact@sacredshakeco.com and we'll make it right — including a refund where appropriate.
If you can't access what you paid for, contact us within [FILL: 14] days and we'll fix access or refund you. Email contact@sacredshakeco.com with your order details and reason; we aim to respond within [FILL: 5] business days. Chargebacks: please contact us first — we'd rather solve it directly than through your bank.
Please read this before you move. Sacred Shake courses involve physical movement, including dance and hip/pelvic/lower-body motion. Movement carries inherent risks, including muscle strain, joint injury, falls, and aggravation of existing conditions.
Sacred Shake is educational and for self-expression and enjoyment. The Content is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, or psychological or mental-health care, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. We are not your doctor, physical therapist, or therapist.
Before starting, consult your physician or a qualified health professional, especially if you are pregnant or recently gave birth, have any injury or medical condition (including back, hip, knee, pelvic-floor, cardiovascular, or neurological conditions), are recovering from surgery, take medication that affects movement or balance, or have any concern about your ability to exercise safely. Do not participate against professional advice.
These are pre-recorded classes with no live supervision. No one is watching your form. Warm up, go at your own pace, use a safe space with room to move and secure footing, and stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, faintness, or discomfort — and seek medical help if needed. You are responsible for exercising within your own physical limits.
You understand and voluntarily accept that participation involves inherent risks of injury, and you assume full responsibility for those risks. You participate of your own free will.
To the maximum extent allowed by the law that applies to you, you release and hold harmless Sacred Shake, [FILL: Legal Entity Name], and its owner, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of your participation in or use of the Content, except where such a release is prohibited by law (for example, this does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including certain personal-injury liability and non-excludable consumer guarantees).

Everyone's body, experience, and journey are different, and your outcome depends on many factors we don't control, including your own effort, consistency, physical condition, and circumstances.
Any experiences, stories, or testimonials we share are individual and not typical, are not promises, and should not be taken as a guarantee that you will have the same experience. We make no claims that our courses will produce any particular physical, emotional, psychological, health, confidence, or skill outcome.
